• I paid for the plugin for 3 years. The first couple of years it did exactly what I wanted it to do – share old blog posts to Facebook & Twitter regularly. That project ended a year ago and I decided to try the plugin on another site. The reposting of old blog posts works as expected, but the plugin has done some less useful things.

Now, it posts literally anything I make on the site. I added some links to a link manager – and it posted those links. I made some edits to my theme – and it posted some bizarre code that included the theme name. It even posted some random links that led to 404s that I couldn’t identify.

The kicker is that I submitted a support ticket one week before my subscription period was to end. No response until a few days after, and only after I complained about them on Twitter. I feel that they waited to reply just so I would not be a paying customer and that would give them an excuse not to provide support. However, seeing some of the other posts and reviews, they just don’t care enough to provide support.
