• Once the plugin was installed it was including JS files into the admin area which completely broke the backend. After identifying the problem I tried to contact the developers both on this forum and on their website’s contact form…

The reply to my first email simply said ‘update the plugin’… I was on the most recent version anyway so I said that… no reply. I tried repeatedly to get in touch… no reply. I even told them that I was hoping to purchase the pro version for my organisation… no reply.

Don’t even bother, use another events plugin.

Hi Daniel, that was back in March when you contacted us – and it is now the middle of May and you posted your review last week.

When you did contact us 2 months ago we responded at that time asking that you update the plugin, we always do because a lot of people report problems that were probably fixed many versions ago.

Since that initial response to you we have no other record of a subsequent response from you. And at this time we have zero open bug reports for the plugin. If you look at the change log for the plugin you see that we fix problems as soon as we can when they arise. Last update was May 1, 2014.
