Broken plugin, bad support

    This plugin is not working.

    I tried my best to contact the developer and help them to troubleshoot the issue but they were not able to solve it.

    The email with the code never arrives for newly registered users.
    I did what they asked but it did not help.
    Installed it on two fresh servers, one local and one hosted, with no other plugin installed, it still doesn’t work.

    The support reply was “We are not supposed to provide answers for a free plugin”. How are they going to sell the product then?
