    I installed this plugin and the VODI theme. However, none of the videos work. It’s missing thumbnails and when you click the videos nothing happens. Is this because of the Word Press newest version 5.81? This also breaks Regenerate Thumbnails. If so, why are you selling a product that is not working? How can I fix this problem? When do you plan to update your software to the current version so that you have a functional product?

    This is support for MAS Videos plugin only. If you are looking for Vodi Theme support please use the theme support email and not MAS Videos support forum.

    this is not an issue, there is no image/ video imports when we import demo data of Vodi theme.

    I also created a website using this theme. When you will upload any image/ video to movie/ tv show it will be shown on the site.

    The videos in the movie block created by MAS video do not play. It breaks embedded video which is one of the listed features. How is this not a MAS video issue?

    Also, I brought up and installed VODI theme because it’s what your site told me to do: https://docs.madrasthemes.com/masvideos/topics/getting-started/installation-updating/start-with-mas-videos-in-5-steps/

    Following your instructions for the plugin results in broken Youtube videos that don’t do anything. So please explain to me how to embed YouTube videos using your plugin.

    Like I said it is not possible for us to establish what is the reason for an embedded video to not play. MAS Videos does not have special embed code, it simply uses WordPress’s core embed features. Hence if a embedded content does not play it is most likely due to the theme and not due to the plugin.

    You can always reach out to Vodi support with your WP admin details to resolve this issue.

    When you offer to get admin access and/or FTP access then you’re really going too far and that’s not cool.

    If you are given admin credentials, you are potentially liable for any damage that maybe caused, not only by yourself but anyone accessing the system. Even if you do not provide warranty with your own product.

    Unless you’re willing to take responsibility for that user’s installation from now on (and they should NOT let you do that) then please do not ask or suggest that someone provide you those admin or FTP details.

    You can provide assistance here, ask for log data, you can make recommendations and even suggest changes. But do not seek admin or FTP access. That’s just going too far.
