Broken pdf file and unable to print using pdf view

  • Hello,

    When i open it in pdf window and try to print it then an unexpected error uccurs. In addition when i download it and try to open it then the file is damaged.

    Thank you for your response.

    Please have a look at the https://apminstitute.org/. When i click on the pdf button then i can see as a preview only few images instead of the full page consists of text also. The pdf file does not crash however.

    Please note that when i test the same page on Windows XP using Firefox, then the exported pdf is broken.

    Hi,

    There are two possible reasons:

    1) The content of your main page is outputted by some plugin;
    2) As the main page the static page is used, so during the generation process the content of this static page is displayed, not the content which is displayed on your site, since for generating a pdf/print page version, PDF & Print plugin uses the content that is featured in the body of post/page before it is displayed by the browser (i.e. the data featured in the main block on this post/page in the edit mode).
