Hi I am having a problem with a broken page layout on my company’s register page.
After a customer registers the pages shows up like this:

After the customer registers, he/she should only see bottom part of the page that starts that has starts with the links Dashboard, Orders, Addresses, etc.

For security reasons, I can’t give access to the actual page where this occurs, but I can provide page sources, or other code that may help.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Here is a screenshot of what is supposed to appear after the user registers. (this is from a different page)

    Hi @araneejones,

This looks like out of Tailor builder scope. This may be handled by either your theme or plugin (which ever you are using for member registration).

Or please explain if this is due to Tailor page builder?

Thank you for responding so quickly. I am not the original developer of the site, however I do see that the site was built using the Tailor plugin. The errors in the registration page layout was most likely due to changes that were made in the code on the functions.php, but I can’t figure out what is amiss there as I am only very casually familiar with PHP. I will post this topic in the WordPress forum and see if someone there can help.

    Hi @araneejones,

Basically, that should be a template file issue which may be missing or not done correctly (if this is a custom theme) which is needed for that particular page type view. And yeah better option is to post it to general forum as this shouldn’t be an issue with Tailor page builder because Tailor doesn’t handle page templates.

I am marking this thread as resolved, for now, if you get any other issue please create a new thread.

    Cheers,
    Munir
