Broken on WordPress 3.7.1

I am wondering how I can get some help please? I need to understand how to install into my WP? I don’t understand how to do this exactly; step by step instructions. I have never done anything like this before; can someone please help me?

The Codex search is working, but searching plugins, themes, and media do not. Also, the hover background for “Search the Codex” is messed up.

Not big issues for me – searching the Codex works – thank you!

The hover issue might be a theme specific issue. Do you have a screenshot? Also, all searches are working correctly for me. Have you tried deactivating other plugins, and/or trying a default theme to see if it works correctly?

Changed to a default theme and deactivated all plugins – same problems.

Not a big deal to me though.
