Broken on 4.1.1

Did some maintenance on client’s site and upgraded to 4.1.1 and now the plugin has stopped working. Not sure if there’s an easy fix or if there’s a conflict going on, but wanted some clarification that it does work on 4.1.1 before I go back to client.
