Broken Nextgen Pro lightbox on upgrade

I am a Nextgen Pro user and am unable to send a support email as it says I am locked out, and will not send me a de-lockout email.
I jsut upgraded from .61 to .63 and the Pro lightbox has now stopped working. I have tried a bunch of work arounds and cant get it to function.

I just cant get it to work even though it is enabled. Man, really getting tired of upgrading Nextgen – every time I do, something new breaks ??
