    Thank you for your feedback.

    There are site name and admin greeting appeared.

    I’m sorry, I think it happend to WP Admin UI Customize feature.
    It feature is prevent that customized menu disappears.(for small width screen device)

    And I think,
    If you not want to this, could you check the Don’t resize of General Settings?
    And is your problem can be resolve with this?
