  • Hi @juliomarta!

    Thanks for choosing Neve!

I checked your site and the menu seems to look fine. Please provide us more details about the issue if it still occurs. What was the menu font before the update, what exactly changed after the update and what are you referring to when you say the font is not smooth?

    Thank you!

Hi @luciamarinescu. Thanks for your reply.

The issue is still present but i can only see it in my desktop, not in tablet or android mobile. I rolled back and it is still there, so in think it something i didn′t notice but it was yet there.

I can′t find a better way to explain it. It seems that the font has roughen edges, not properly rendered. It happens on all browsers and in my desk and laptop.

I checked all my monitor and browser config but find nothing.

I dont know if something changed recently in Neve that can affect this issue.

Could you check the image in this link? Maybe it can help. Thats how i see it.

    Hi @juliomarta!

Indeed I see the menu font the same way as you do. Do you use a default font or did you upload a custom one? Could you please tell us the name of the font that should be displayed on the menu?

    Thank you!

Hi @luciamarinescu. Good to know you can see it. The font is Open Sans

    Thanks!

    Hi @juliomarta!

I noticed now that in your screenshot the letters seem to not be properly rendered, I didn’t see this the first time I checked it, sorry about that. However, on my end, the letters are displayed properly and exactly the same as they are on mobile view – screenshot. I checked it on multiple devices and browsers and the letters were properly displayed everytime. I checked the font too and it is Open Sans, as you said it should be. This means the issue about the rendering of the letters occurs only on your end, so it may have something to do with your environment.

    Have a good day!

    Hi @luciamarinescu!
Thanks for your time. It′s really strange.

I checked with a mate and he can see the “error” too. Definitly there′s something there, and it′s not a browser thing. Maybe some windows config issue. It was not happening before.

I′ll keep an eye on it.

    Thanks again!

    Hi @juliomarta,

Thank you for reporting this behavior, the problem should have been fixed in the meantime. Can you please confirm if it works properly in the latest version of the theme, 3.0.11?

    Best regards,
    Stefan

Hi @stefancotitosu. It′s working fine now. Somehow i think it got solved after an elementor update, but not completely sure.

Working anyway, crisp render fonts now.

    Thanks!!
