broken media library after moving

  • hello, i moved my blog after a controversy with my old hosting provider; the only thing i had accessible was the database, which was enough to get my blog back; the problem is that obviously the media library is broken, but i might have all the original images; is there any way to recreate (by hand) the directory tree with the original images and rebuild the media library?

  • Hello – I am having the same problem. I need to know how to edit the file URLs for my media en mass (as I moved them, but the URLs in the media library still point to the old location). There must be a file (xml) somewhere where the media and its URLs are listed. Thanks for any assistance!
