BROKEN LOGIN PAGE AFTER WP 5.2.7 UPDATE

There are big problems after update to WP 5.2.7
Login page doesn’t work animore, login lead to a page saying ‘CONNECTION ANNULLED’
in admin when saving settings the grey round button keep spinning indefinitely, you need to refresh the page to stop it.

In console:
