Broken listing page in Admin

    Loaded it on another client site and it works fine, will mark as resolved, but keeping 1.8.4 on the others ??

    Unfortunately I have the same and am experiencing this on multiple sites i manage at the moment. I have 1.8.6 now and can’t work in the admin panel to create a new form or edit existing due to this.
