broken links in mails from SumoMe

Hello,
I’m sorry if my message isn’t in the good section. I use SumoMe in my website since years but I realize that all the links in my automatics emails from SumoMe are broken.

I’m looking to get some support and the only place I found is here.
I would be really gratefull if someone can let me know how should I do to get answers.

I case someone can help, I let you know more about my problem.

For exemple, in this url of my website, you gonna found a SumoMe form
https://nomadsnowboard.com/calendrier-stage/
When you subscribe, you’ll receive an email with links…they are broken.
This problem happen on all my links.
