Sorry, it is a bit confusing. I found a thread that helped me to solve half the problem: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/events-manager-pro-shows-empty-category-page-with-wpml/

Now the links in the event category page are fine: https://magiclift.ch/kategorien/
But I still have errors in the event-category-sitemap: https://magiclift.ch/event-categories-sitemap.xml (all pages with “categories” instead of “kategorien”).

Does Yoast normally show the correct URLs, for example, for other parts of your site?

Yes, pages created with Event Manager are the only incorrect URLs in the sitemap.
