Broken Links Checker found a 404 page

Broken Links Checker found a 404 page for me, it has existed for a long time, but I don’t know why it is there, please read the details:

Error page URL: /wp-content/uploads/2012/01/Excel?1.xlsx

Page linking to error page: /wp-content/uploads/2012/01/Excel???1.xlsx

But I do not have a page like this at all: /wp-content/uploads/2012/01/Excel???1.xlsx, it is only showed as a 404 page.

I have uploaded two excel files to my wordpress, but I don’t think there is any problem about the excel files.

Anyone could tell me why the Broken Links Checker found a 404 page? Thank You.
