Broken Links after Typepad >> WordPress

I could use some help fixing broken trackbacks and permalinks from my newly migrated blog. We followed the directions for exporting the posts properly and importing them into wordpress. Things seemed to work well, but then I noticed after 2 weeks the permalinks from the old site result in 404 errors.

I’ve made several posts since the migration so not sure how to apply a fix without losing info.

does anyone do this as a service? I tried some of the htaccess methods and redirects, but cannot seem to get them to work. If you have any ideas or can help please reply or contact me through my blog
