I had to take several different steps to get your plugin to finally work properly.

First, it refused to stop displaying broken links when I had clicked on Not Broken. All I got was “Wait…” and then several minutes later the Not Broken option was displayed again.

I even went so far as to Deactivate your plugin, Delete the cache on my site… several times… then Activate your plugin again… and went back to my Dashboard under Link > Local and STILL your plugin made me “Wait…” without making any difference.

Then… as I’m creating this ticket… I keep trying to get the Not Broken to be acknowledge… and, no sooner did I get my details typed here and no sooner did I click the Submit button and FINALLY the Dashboard refreshed and the broken links were no longer being displayed as broken.

Not sure what is going on. Would have deleted this ticket IF that was an option… but alas… it is not an option.

    Thanks,
    Trish

    Hello Trish,

Sorry to hear there was an issue with marking the links as not broken.

I’ve tested it on a lab site, and could not replicate that so far: everything happens pretty fast after clicking “Not Broken“.

Delays might be happening in cases when the server resources are limited, so it takes some time to get the response. If the link leads to your own site, you can try increasing PHP memory limit:
    https://wpmudev.com/blog/increase-memory-limit/

This may also be a sign of a conflict. If increasing the memory limit doesn’t help, you can run a conflict test, as explained here:
    https://wpmudev.com/docs/getting-started/getting-support/#conflict-test

Hope this helps. Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Best Regards,
    Dmytro
