• Hi everyone. PLEASE HELP ME FIGURE THIS OUT. I have a big problem with my blog on my website. I am just starting out designing my new business site and for some reason I can’t get the blog part to work out. When I create a post and publish it, on the blog site there is a, I guess you can call it a teaser, and a link (Read more….) but when I click that link it goes to a page called Register that I created earlier. There is no text on that page and I can figure out how to fix the problem. How can I fix the link so that people can read the full blog post????? I am using a theme that is called Tesseract and my site is https://www.liserohde.com (but you can’t see it because a have a maintenance sign up.) Let me know if you need to see the page to be able to help and I will remove the sign. Hope you can help me figure this one out

  • Oh one other thing – do you have a category named “subscribe” by chance?

Also, try resetting your permalinks – go to Settings > Permalinks and press SAVE.

    No, no category named Subscribe.

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. It was the permalinks that did it. You were a BIG Help ??

LOL- you’re welcome, glad it’s working again :)!

I have installed Tesseract and I am having issues, can’t get a message to Tyler for help, so I have tried this.
After reading these posts, unfortunately no help to me. I am having problems all over the place. The ‘contact’ page shows my details OK, but the form for someone to contact me, displays really really really big areas (going onto 2nd page) In typography I can’t adjust the setting out of the page ie- big gaps in between sections that I can’t amend, I have tried adding spacers, thinking that it would reduce the gap if I reduced the amount of pixels. Another problem is linking the buttons to specific sites, error message (internal error 500) keeps on appearing and the worst problem is I can’t get this site to go live, when I direct to sites the error message is ‘oops nothing on this page’
I really would appreciate it if someone out there can help. I need it.
