broken link for Network Admin Settings

I was struggling at where to change the file upload size and found that there is a “settings” tab for the dashboard for the Network admin.

That menu item looks for a page here: https://somesite.pharmacy.pitt.edu/wp-admin/settings.php

When the correct URL is https://somesite.pharmacy.pitt.edu/wp-admin/network/settings.php
