    Hey @teamdavis,

That is odd. That should definitely not happen. Would you be able to reach out to us directly via our Basic Question Form here so I can take a closer look? You can specifically ask for me to look at this.

Hey @teamdavis, I’ll close this ticket now since I haven’t heard back from you yet, but feel free to reach out whenever you have time. I’ll be happy to help.

I have the plugin Broken Link Checker by AIOSEO installed on my site (sentryglassinc.com), but do not see how to run the plugin or check for broken links. Can you please walk me through how to use the plugin? Thank you!

    Hey @ellelmd,

Absolutely. You’ll need to sign up for a free or paid account first though. Have you already done so? If not, you can create an account by navigating through Broken Link Checker and clicking on the “Create a Free Account” button in the Settings menu.

I have the same issue as teamdavis reported six months ago. I see that this original issue was marked as resolved, but I also see that this thread is still open for comments.

Broken Links Checker had been working on my site, but now when I attempt to check for any broken links, the plugin tells me to connect my website, then takes me to the settings where it tells me I’m already connected.

    My website is https://redbridgequilts.com

    Thank you for any advice/help.
