After I organized my entire WP-Media library via ML-Folders, and I placed a file into an actual page, I instantly get a Broken Link in the WP-Editor Page, AND also on the Live-Version of the webpage. I looked for a way to select media through ML, but didnt see anything within the WP-Edit Page.
** How Do I Place Media Into Pages That I Have Reorganized With ML???

This is unusual. If the location of the image was not correct, then you would not see it in the WordPress media Library. Both MLP and the Media Library are using the same database. If you would like me to look at the issue, you can send admin access to your site to me at [email protected]. I can look into it in the morning.

Thank You Alan for the Super-Fast Response!
    (1) How do you suggest I place media into pages using the ML structuring system?
    (2) Is it fair to say that, after organizing with ML, my media in the WP-Library should not be negatively effected by ML, when I try to place my media into pages???

    AMDGraphics,

After seeing your post I went to my test site and inserted an image into a post using the same method you followed. I did not get a broken link. At this point I need to verify the behaviour you have reported by visiting your site’s dashboard and looking at some image links in the Media Library to determine the source of the broken link problem. Admin access will be necessary in order to find a solution to your issue.

    Is MLP compatible with WP4.3.1?
What email should I send my information to?

    !!! NEWS FLASH AlanP57 !!!
The 1 folder of broken-link files was remedied by:

While in that folder, I just “Add New” all of those files that were showing broken links! Except for 5 files, the other 45 files corrected themselves in the folder, AND, EVERY reference of the broken-link files throughout my website, were all corrected without having to go in and address each file individually. I dont know what caused the problem when MLP initially scanned my WP-Media files, but im hoping that if this happens again, all I have to do is to just “Add New” the files as a group, that are showing broken links to.
Thanks Again AlanP57 for your suggestion.

Whew! Glad that worked out AMD!

We get the word out about MLP through ratings on the repo which you can enter here. It really helps.

Glad you’re pleased with MLP. Let us know if there’s anything else you’d like to see in it.

    Best,

    Bob and Alan
