Hello, we noticed that after one of your recent updates the blog main view for our theme got broken (please check pagination below). This only happens in the smartphone view.

The template has not been updated in some weeks and was always working fine. Could you please give us a hint if you see something that could be done to fix it?

    Thanks

    Hi,

Could you please provide a screenshot ? because I am not sure what should I be looking at.

I see you have enabled CSS/JS combine/minify , please try disable them , purge all , and see how it goes.

    Best regards,

This happened to me too, just on mobile, with the 3.0.8.6 update. Rolled it back to 3.0.8.5 and everything is back to normal.

I did not take a screenshot unfortunately but basically it stripped all the styling from the mobile view so it looked like the internet from 20 years ago or so.

    Hi,

Could you please provide a screenshot of it?

    Best regards,

Sorry, I did not take one. I rolled it back as quick as I could since I had a product launch ongoing. It stripped all the styling from the mobile view so it looked like the internet circa year 2000. Desktop view was unaffected.

    Hi,

There should be nothing changed between 3.0.8.5 and 3.0.8.6 to cause this.

Please try , upgrade to 3.0.8.6 , go to cache setting —> Purge , set “Purge Stale” to OFF , then do a purge all.

    Then check if it works.

Hello, here you can see it, breaks pagination, missing text below the blogs:
I believe we have purged cache already since it gets done each time we publish a new blog post too but the issue remains and is visible from any browser. Also “Purge stale” is set to off.

    Hi,

To me this looks like CSS issue.

Could you please try disable CSS combine , CSS minify , and load CSS async, purge all , and check again ?

Hi thank you for reply but we are really happy with how your plugin performs usually and not willing to mess it up with testing bugs since our traffic is pretty good and website working fine.

CSS combine and minify are big part of that so removing them is not a solution.

Could you please test and fix this in the future? For now as @reversewinesnob says we will roll back to previous version (when we find out how to do that).

I know you can’t make your plugin compatible with every theme and plugin our there but OceanWP is probably the most downloaded template ever together with Astra and GeneratePress.

Their developers have not updated the theme in weeks so definetly this issue comes from LiteSpeed and will affect hundreds(thousands? of users.

    Hi,

Disable CSS combine/minify is not the solution , but a test to identify where is the problem.

Please confirm that if disable CSS combine , and minify , it works then ?

    Best regards,

Please try , upgrade to 3.0.8.6 , go to cache setting —> Purge , set “Purge Stale” to OFF , then do a purge all.

    This worked for me, thanks.

Hi, sadly it doesn’t work for me.

I tried “Disable CSS combine , CSS minify , and load CSS async, purge all , and check again ?”

Also tried the first solution, “Purge Stale” was set to OFF and clicking purge all did nothing.

I even tried deleting cache from Cloudfare for that URL after each test.

We have not installed any plugin or modified anything, the theme is pretty much core, any idea? thanks

Hi, sorry but this is driving us crazy, we have all the blog grid page views broken. We don’t use any custom CSS anywhere that we know or any strange plugins that could affect that. Can you please at least tell us how to revert back to previous version or anything we could try? We can give you access to the site if needed, thanks.

    Hi,

It should be in Toolbox —> Export/Import

there will be a button “reset” , after reset , purge all.

    Best regards,
