Broken Layout after 2.1.17 migration

After the last update to 2.1.17, my theme seems to be broken, but I don’t understand why and how…
When I unactivate Jigoshop it turns perfect but on activation the top animated menu simply destroy the page…
Is it possible to go back to 2.1.16 to test what is wrong with the last version?
