broken / inconsistent PDF / other file handling, no support on Premium

We implemented this plugin on a clients site, and migrated ~ 40GB of content onto S3. Serving via IMGIX. Paid for premium

Very inconsistent PDF / GPX file uploading, sometimes they would copy to S3, sometimes not. Started a conversation with the plugin author in December last year. But wasn’t able to resolve issues. Since then the plugin author has stopped responding to emails

Had to pull the plug on using this plugin – now dealing with issues trying to migrate files back to local storage
