[Plugin: Smart Category Ordering] Broken in 3.1.2

The plugin seems to be broken in 3.1.2. I set up a sorting rule for one category, Smart Title/Ascending, and that rule is being applied to all other categories, not the single category that I specified.

This also seems to have broken the sorting in the Posts admin page as well. With the above sorting set: When you filter posts by a category, the posts are sorted by Smart Title/Ascending. If you attempt to sort by anything else (date, author etc.) it still sorts by Smart Title/Ascending.

I’ve only recently started using this plugin, so I’m not sure if it previously applied sorting rules in the WP admin, but it seems to me that they should not, or at least have an option to toggle that functionality.

I also tested this on a fresh WordPress install and the same thing is happening.
