Broken Importer

I am working with a client who is using IMPress Listings and they are experiencing some problems. They were under the impression that all they would need to touch is the MLS and the update/importer tool would work seamlessly with IDXBroker to import their listings from their MLS to IDXBroker into IMPress Listings, which includes statuses, images and all other details.?

By the way everything seems to be set up on her site, it looks like the IMPress Listings plugin is struggling to import properties and everything else needs to be manually updated. Someone still needs to log into the back-end of WP and manually choose the listings a person needs to add and click the Import button as well as manually updating the property.

Is there a way that all of this can be automated or does someone need to log into WP every time for every change?
