So far, none of the troubleshooting steps have resolved the issue. I’ve tried changing the PHP version and even checked with my hosting provider, but the same issue with broken images persists.

The log files appear to be from your backups as there is no reference to any restore processes.
Is the page where the images are missing available for me to view? That would also be helpful.

On the page, you’ll notice that in the header and footer, the hero section is missing four images. Additionally, several images on the inner pages are not displaying, and there are also missing product images.

Thank you for the link and information. It’s very helpful to me.

On the page I could check the code and found the media items are not in uploads.
To solve this you could restore only uploads from your most recent file backup set.

Provided the images haven’t been deleted they should then be available in uploads.
For example, images in ‘Our Most Selling’ should be in the uploads/2021/10/ folder.

Please can you give this a try and let me know if the fix works.
