Broken images in Gmail even if I use Sendgrid

I don’t know how to change a folder’s permission. How is this done? Any videotutorial?

I have searched online for a looooong time until I have found out how to change folder permissions on my computer. I have already changed the folder’s permission of ‘themes’ to 775 as I can prove here:

And I have followed your instructions on deleting and downloading Mailpoet again. Nothing changes. Same broken images problem.

Can you please check your newsletter by clicking the “live preview” to see it in the browser? Does the image show there?

Can you retrieve the source of the image and see if it exists as a file by connecting via FTP?

The images do show when I click View on browser.

The problem is when trying to see the images on my Gmail account. I just checked on Outlook mail and it works perfectly.

I’m running the website at the moment on localhost.
