    @shanekyme – There definitely appears to be an upload issue going on here … are you seeing any messages about the upload not working correctly?

    You might want to try our latest beta version (https://www.nextgen-gallery.com/nextgen-gallery-latest-beta/) that includes several upload issue fixes (as well as some additional “friendly” error messages to help sort out some more common issues).

    @photocrati – Its kind of weird because i just uploaded a gallery with the name Appleton Uber Nov 15 2013 and it worked fine. And a just upload a gallery with the name Envy – Nov 16 2013 and some of the images are broken

    I did not get any error message or anything about an upload issue.

    @shanekryme – Are the images you uploaded into the “Appleton” gallery named in the same manner (with an underscore as the first character)?
