Broken Image URLs

My images aren’t showing up, and I would really appreciate help resolving this issue. For example, at the end of this post (https://foodparsed.com/banana-bread-guide/), the pictures for Banana Oat Bars, Sweet Potato Cornbread, and Easy Chocolate Cake don’t show up.
Recently, I used the plugin Media File Renamed to rename my photos from “IMG2015192382.jpg” to “sweet-potato-curry.jpg.” The old URL for the photo no longer exists. However, the Contextual Related Posts plugin, which displays related posts at the end of each post, doesn’t realize this and uses the old, nonexistent URL.
I have no clue what to do about this problem. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin, but the images still aren’t there.
