broken image links with Proton & lightbox

I’m trying to use the Proton CDN with my WordPress site but am having a problem with my themes’ lightbox shortcode. Whenever I add the lightbox=”true” variable to the [image] shortcode the thumbnail breaks. If I take it off then it works fine. Anyone have a suggestion for a fix?
