    There seems to be broken image links for the Carrier suppliers .

    The images are also broken when sending emails with tracking, that display the Carrier logo.

    When will this be updated?

    Hi @fbg420,

    To fix the broken image links for the carrier suppliers and ensure the carrier logos display correctly in the emails, you need to hard-sync the shipping carriers.

    Here’s how to do it:

    1. Navigate to WooCommerce > Shipment Tracking > Shipping Carriers.
    2. Click on the sync icon in the top right corner.
    3. In the Sync Shipping Carriers sidebar, check the box for “Reset carriers database, it will reset all your shipping provider database”.
    4. Click on the Sync Shipping Carriers button.

    This should update the images. Please check again after performing these steps.

    I have tried this and am still having the same issue with the images not displaying.

    I cant send emails with tracking if the image link is broken – it looks terrible

    Please ensure that the URL is correct and accessible. Additionally, you can try the following:

    1. Verify that the image files exist in the specified directory: wp-content/uploads/ast-shipping-providers/.
    2. Ensure that the correct permissions are set for these files and directories.
    3. If the issue persists, try re-uploading the images and then perform the hard-sync process as mentioned earlier.
