Broken Image link

I have facing this issue 404 broken image and want to redirect to https://208.demowebsites.club/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/20-780×470.jpg URL I have tried so many plugins but not sure what is the error and why is this happing I used this one but the problem is not quite understanding the meaning and process of this plugin.
