Broken image appears in Safari?

    I seem to have a broken image displaying right at the top of site in Safari but not firefox.

    Ideally I’d like to remove the broken image and reduce the wasted space above the custom banner. Can someone direct to to where I should be changing/fixing/finding the problem?

    (the theme is manifesto)
