    You mentioned you are already using the HTML template for all other emails related to your WooCommerce store, which means you have already styled the WooCommerce email templates, right?

    You do not need to add the HTML code to the email content. The cart abandonment recovery plugin uses the WooCommerce email templates, so you can style those templates instead of adding the HTML content to the email content.
