Thanks in advance – I just moved a working WordPress Elementor website to a new host, so have a new instance of WP.

I’m using Elementor free, plus the Headers and Footers plugin – its a pain to use but I can no longer afford Elementor Pro. The site was built using Pro so when I moved it I turned Pro off and had to rebuild the header and footer – the footer does not have any issues.

My issue is the header – when I go to the website using my PC on Windows 10 with Chrome or Edge, all looks great.

My cousin uses her Chromebook and the header is all messed up – only one graphic displays instead of all 3, no white background and the menu is html links instead of the pretty WordPress menu.

My friend used his Mac with Safari and the header is broken.

I use my Android phone with either Chrome or Edge and the header is broken.

My cousin used her iPhone with Safari and the header is broken.

The website is inatblackberrycreek.com, go look and let me know what you see, and hopefully someone will know what the issue is, cause I have no clue at this point.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi @meesha, sorry for the delay. For some reason, we missed your thread.

I check your site and the Header looks correct. However, I also noticed that the Menu is not created using the Navigation Widget of this plugin. Did I miss something?

I look forward to hearing from you.

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??

Thanks for the response, I was able to install the Header and Footer plus Pro Elements plugins, that allowed me to import the old header and footer that had been built in Elementor Pro, from the old site, now everything works.

    Hi @meesha,

Thanks for the update. Just in case you are not aware, this plugin doesn’t require Elementor Pro to work.

Anyway, good to know that everything is working now.

Feel free to start a new thread if there’s anything else related to this plugin, we can help you with.

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??
