Broken Form

Hi

We installed the CleanTalk app on another site and for around 4/5 days the app did great however the client came back to say that one of their forms breaks (Quick Quote) when the plugin is active.

It came up with the following message:

*** Forbidden. Contains contacts. Message seems to be spam. ***

When we switch the plugin off the form reappears.

Any ideas what might be causing the issue and how we can stop it continuing?
