Broken Footer (Browser compatibility?)

Hi,

When I bring up a single page view on my blog like https://www.abelkeogh.com/blog/?p=1361 the footer appears halfway up the page and the comments are unreadable because the background is the wrong color. However, if you just view my normal blog view https://www.abelkeogh.com/blog/ then the footer is fine.

I’ve been over and over the code and can’t figure out what’s causing it or how to fix this. Any ideas?
