Broken file URLs and files category URLs

  • Hello,

    didn’t know what actually happened but the files uploaded for one of my customers suddenly got broken. It appears that clicking on the file from the customer area is pointing to a URL whih is different from the actual URL of the file. The same has happended for categories. When the customer clicks on any file categories on the side menu, an error page appears (“the page was not found”).

    What can I do?
