Broken CSS Reference in 3.5

When upgrading to 3.5 there is now a CSS file that comes up as a 404. Looks like it’s because the assets folder was moved inside a different one.

Can you release an update to fix the reference? It would be easier for me to update everyone than backtrack everyone to 3.4.
