Broken category links

For some reason, the category links on the plugin dropdown are not linking to the category section I’ve set up through the Cooked plugin, despite pointing it in the permalink under Settings. It’d be nice to have this resolved as our company website needs to be launched soon and this page is hindering our progress.

I’ve scoured this forum for an answer and came up empty with unanswered threads or resolved threads with no answer.
