Broken by 1.0.3 update?

    After updating to v1.0.3 I have not seen any new emails show up in the list. I know the site has been sending emails, but they are no longer captured by this plugin.

    Any ideas on how I can help debug this?

    Ok, after a little debugging, I saw that the new read_status column was not added to the custom table on my installs. Without that column being present, I’m guessing the DB insert operations fail.

    Once I manually created the column, the plugin works again.

    Maybe there’s a bug in the upgrade code that’s supposed to detect if the column needs to be created?
