Broken Blank interface after latest 3.7 update !??

Hi,
I updated to v 3.7 and the file manger interface has disappeared.

Clearing cache does nothing to solve it. I also cannot find the previous version ( which worked perfectly ) of the plugin in the advanced section here to rollback ??
