Okay! I’ve used WordPress a lot in the past and this is actually the first time i’m facing an issue. So basically my back-end isn’t working. The place where we type out our major content isn’t responding at all. Neither do the visual and text button work. Also in the default sample page it shows 153 as its word count but nothing at all can be seen. Neither can I type anything in that area. Here’s a link to the screenshot.

Kindly let me know what I must do to fix this issue. Thank You.

    Have you tried:
    – deactivating ALL (yes all) plugins temporarily to see if this resolves the problem (plugin functions can interfere). If this works, re-activate them individually (one-by-one) to find the problematic plugin(s).
    – switching to the unedited default Theme (Twenty Seventeen, etc.) for a moment using the WP dashboard to rule out any theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

If you can install plugins, install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.

If the above steps do not help , try Troubleshooting with your browser: Your browser can help you identify JavaScript issues or conflicts and this article can assist you in doing that diagnosis.
