this is a scam, they reached out only after I made my review here, and claimed I don’t have both plugins installed. I tried to access his site to get new copies, and was locked out. They are not processing a refund, I am going to need to call their processor stripe and make a formal complaint and try to get his processing revoked. For the rest of you, export your pages, posts products to csv, or tsv, upload to google sheets, and fix anything with google sheets tools for free, then import back to your site. This is not a solution, I have even had to cancel my cc to make sure this scammer does not charge it again. WP should remove this plugin.
