I am happy to hear that you had more luck than me and lots of other people for whom it stopped working. After not getting an answer from the support for weeks, I switched to a different plugin that works perfectly.

The storage engine of the tables (blc_filters, blc_links, blc_synch, blc_instances) must be MyIsam; with others storage engines the plugin doesn’t work correctly.
I wanted to share an update here and mention that WPMU DEV Team has taken over the plugin maintenance and support.
We have already released one update to fix some critical issues and there are more to come.
If you experience any issues with the plugin just open up new ticket in support section and we’ll check it out ??
