Broken after upgrade

    Hi,

    already third time after update Mailpoet wordpress plugin, it fail during update, website stay in maitenance mode. I should repair it via FTP delete mailpoet folder from /upgrade/, delete plugin folder from /wp-content/, deactivate premium plugin and instal it one more time.

    It is only me who have the isue?

    Yes, I have the same issue!
    I updates to version 3 today…and now it doesn′t work anymore.
    It says “Critical error”.

    Did you get a solution???

    After the latest upgrade when I tried to view subscribers I received a critical error on the site. I then used SFTP to disable the MailPoet plugins since the WordPress email showed that MailPoet was having problems (see https://share.businesswright.com/ApuEY7Qo). From there I was able to get the site back and then reactivate the MailPoet plugins (main and pro) but the contact form still does not work and the Subscribers and Email tabs within MailPoet throw a critical error.

    Same issue for me… everything was working fine until the latest update…

    Now I am getting this:

    0) Backup Database
    1) If maintenance mode stay: delete mailpoet folder from /upgrade/ (via FTP)
    2) delete both mailpoet plugin folder from /wp-content/ (via FTP)
    3) Instal maipoet from www.remarpro.com
    4) Instal premium plugin

    At last time I have tried instal mailpoet form wordpress repository five time with error. At sixt-time I was success…

    What about all template e-mails, statistics and subsribers???

    It stays there for me…

    I think because I did not deinstal the main plugin (it got error) and just delete the files via FTP.

    But it will be better if you do backup before you do it.

    It is stil broken for me (3.73.1) with note

    EDIT: it seems like the plugin update have some issue with maintenance mode. When I delete the plugin folder from maintenance folder /upgrade/ (via FTP), than I can see that the plugin was succesfuly updated in administration (by pressing F5).

    I’m pleased to report that this update cleared up all the known issues I was having. I did have to clear cache and the CDN before it seems everything worked as it should. Thank you for the quick update.
