Broken after Upgrade

After Upgrading to WP 3.8 on a Test-Site, my Widgets are not working any more. They are still configured and pointing to existing Ads but not showing at all. Pressing F12 in Chrome I see:
Uncaught TypeError: Object [object Object] has no method ‘jshowoff’
When he want’s to load
https://var/www/mylocalcopy/wp-content/plugins/adrotate/library/jquery.jshowoff.min.js?ver=0.1.2Any Ideas?
